I took a very special dress into this dry cleaners, I told them how important and sentimental this dress was to me. He looked over garmet and said it would be fine. I then received a phone call the next day saying my dress was ruined, he hadn't done a test on my garment before dry cleaning and he melted the beading into the fabric during the dry cleaning process. Totally devastated I cried when picking up my dress, He was sorry and gave me a letter of apology, and offered to try fix it, but the damage was done. I would never use this dry cleaner again.
