Recently been to Orb for a colour and from the moment you walk in the door you are made to feel welcome. Service is friendly and efficient. Emma did everything I asked for and the end result was amazing. Thanks Emma and Orb, will definitely be back in the future!

5 stars for stylist who cuts and colours my hair, he is the reason I continue at ORB,. The stylist's fantastic service is where my positive experience ends. Practically every visit to ORB, I have found that I have either been harassed by at least 5 texts then phone calls to confirm my appointment after responding politely to each within 30mins of receiving, the receptionists are to say the least immature and have no idea of customer service. It gets worse, ORB offer a rewards program, however, they never update their system as they promise so in 12 months I have not seen one reward and am sitting on very low points. ORB decides they will increase their prices at least every 3 months, without letting their clients know in advance, so now I ask for a quote before I go, which is ALWAYS incorrect and not in my favour. An example of their pricing for a semi permanent and cut it will put you back close to $300 for medium length hair in January 2013.

Best hair colour ever!

This place was a bit disappointing , the service was ok but they quoted me one price on the phone then charged me almost double when I payed, and the first price I was quoted was alot more than what I pay normally, wont be back , sorry
