So stressful when you are on the road but mobile is flat! Rushed to Officeworks for a car charger for my Blackberry after returned the charger at Coles which was not the right size. I assumed that the universal USB car charger will work, as it connect to BB alright. But it didn't charge in the car. So I drove back to Officeworks exchanged to another one, cause both the staff and I thought it was faulty. The 2nd one did not work either. Went back to store, and the staff was very helpful and took me to her car to see whether it works. Still didn't work. The staff was very sorry for me and suggested that I could charge it at their desktop unit. I was so grateful that i am able to charge my mobile, which is a great service at Officeworks - you can charge Nokia, Apple and BB devices on their fixed desktop unit free of of charge. Another staff member came to help and tested the USB cord which is working and charging my BB when connect to their PC. Strangely it just didn't work in the car. They happily refunded it to credit card. Exceptional service!
