I regularly visit This Officeworks to buy stationery for work and for personal use. They always have good specials on small desk staioneries and that's what I normally get. things like Filling trays or card holders are quite pricy compare to other small businesses and the quality isn't worth the money too. The service isn't too impressive, I had a feeling whenenver I needed help, all the staff are gone!

I got very valuable advice when buying laser jet cartridges for my Canon printer. They pointed out that is is cheaper to buy the value pack than buy them separately.

It is hard to rate some of these stores higher as in some areas they excell and in other areas not as good. This office works store has been very good to us of late with advice and returning of a product, no questions asked and adhered to their policy of matching price and then reducing it by 5%.
The only complaint I have is that on occasions there have been plenty of staff around but they seem to run away from you when you appraoch and I have found I almost need to be assertive to get attention.

There have been times I haven't had a printer at home and I go to Office Works to get things printed or scanned. The staff at the Keswick site are excellent. I often don't have much time when I run in and they are consistently efficient and fast. The documents are always printed well and it's very cheap too. Highly recommend this Office Works!

Good store for all your office needs, very good opening times, esp if you want to use there great copy centre for last minute or urgent coping needs
