Went to get a manicure and a pedicure for a special occasion. I should preface this by saying that my friend is a beauty therapist and I usually see her for nails but she was not available so I came here.
The girl took off too much cuticle on my hand and it bled-have never had this happen before. It was quite painful.
She also did something to my big toe-not sure what, but it's still sore 3 days later.
The experience was painful. The service was bad- she barely spoke English, and kept talking with other staff members in another language-I don't think she was even focused on what she was doing.
I seriously wonder if the people working at these places are suitably qualified.
They have awesome pedi massage chairs but that is the only positive about the place. They are dirt cheap and I can see why.
NEVER AGAIN!
