The house was built in a reasonable time eith some reported problems addressed by the site manager prior to hand-over. Sloppy work by some trades was not spotted by the site manager and those problems have certainly detracted from the plrasure of moving into the new home. We fully expect that reasonable attempts will be made to rectify the outstanding problems that have arisen because Oakdale's contractors quite simply didn't do what they were supposed to
