We were thrilled at how Ondre has responded to our call this Thursday morning regarding a rather serious plumbing leak connected to our toilet.

A little after the noon hour, Nathan arrived — ready to inspect our leak. He quickly diagnosed the situation and offered us the only practical solution, which is to replace the toilet unit.

In the shortest time, Nathan arranged for a new toilet to be installed on Monday morning, between 8 and 10 am! As he left, we couldn’t but help remark to each other about what quality, top-class service we had just received!

We would not hesitate to recommend the plumbing services offered by O.A. Plumbing to any friends and neighbours. We have seen their track record for over a decade now — and never been disappointed.

This company has extremely unclear communication ability when it comes to their work and pricing. When work is not done as per customer specification, they refuse to come back to fix the job. In addition, the pricing is at the top end which does not result in the quality of the work performed. I would be looking at a different company for your plumbing needs.

Very reliable plumber, great service. I received a quote for a job on the phone, but they were very honest and the job only cost half the original quote.
