We had them supply and install a rock retaining wall. They wrote us a very confusing quote and were slow at getting started. When the machine operator became ill we were not contacted, we had to contact them 4 days later to find out why no work was being done. The men using the machines were good but management was lacking. They showed no compassion when we queried the quote and asked for extra time to pay it. We were then hit with an extra fee for paying with a credit card. They argued every request we made and left us extremely disapointed.
