I have bought 2 cars from here now in the last 5 years and have never once had any issues with the cars, getting after care or their service department. The sales people aren't pushy and I appreciated the follow up phone calls from them for the few months after buying each car.

My wife and I tried to purchase a car here in 2007, after sitting down on several occasions to discuss a purchase price and what we were after, we left very dissatisfied! It took several visits to try and get a price and we were left bartering back and forth for several attempts! My wife was heavily pregnant and we did not have the time for that sort of service!

Beware of them. I was tricked to go to their place for a test drive recently.

They advertised on the TV that they are selling Camrys for $19,999 drive-away. As I wasn't sure if these are brand new ones, I called them and spoke to a person called Ian. He told me that they have all sorts of deals happening and I should get down there for a test drive. He asked me to look for Dan when I get there. When I arrived there, Dan informed me that the deals are only for secondhand cars manufactured in 2007. I was really turned off by this and just walk away from there. I won't trust a company that has to deploy such underhanded tactics to get a sale.

Unfortunately, some people still purchase goods even after experiencing underhanded sales techniques like the one mentioned above, we do not! Thanks for the ‘heads-up’ on this business.

bought my first car here. it is second hand. service is good. willing to negotiate price. polite and friendly staff. will not rip you off. car was definitely not a lemon. good experience.

Went in looking for a car, and came out with loan approved and a car very much below advertised cost. Good service, and good service and repairs place. Compared with other car dealers, this place allowed us to choose for ourselves and not be talked into buying a specific car.

I don't know how these people sell cars. We struggled to find someone who knew much about their utes. We spoke to 2 sales reps and received poor service from both. They were not helpful or forthcoming with information, didn't know their product, there is no flexibility and any variables are very limited. While we found a great product the lack of flexibility and poor service turned us away.
