Staff are friendly and accomodating with a genuine approach in resolving the issue immediately.

After the work had been carried out I spotted that the seal was protruding out on the rear window. The Novus employee attempted to push it back in but to no avail. I left him to it and on returning he gave me a component somewhere from the van which had been wedged in the seal. He did not know where abouts this had come from.

Later in the day I placed water on the front and rear windows to find there was a leak on the bottom left of the rear window. Another Novus employee was sent out to rectify the problem and he did so with sealant (his workmanship was much better).

Later that night I removed some masking tape which the Novus employee had placed on the front windscreen to find a gap of about 4mm by 30mm long between the seal and the car frame. I assumed at the time he had placed the tape to hold the seal together but on removal it was clear that he had been hiding this fault.

I would have been open to explanations as to why the problem had arised with the seal had the problem been pointed out to me but to cover it up like that was shocking.

Came out to my place of work and fitted a new windscreen. Everything was easily arranged over the phone. They carried out the work as agreed. Very happy with service.

I had all the windows of my car vandalised by a baseball bat and a piece of steel, Novus replaced aqll my windows at a fair price and it was all done very quickly. A very good experience with them.
