I found the type of ladies shoes I've been looking for in months from this store. Unfortunately, they do not have the size (5) and color that I wanted. The lady who assisted me was really helpful. She tried contacting their other branch if they have the stock of the item I wanted to buy. It turned out that they still have 2 stocks left so,she advised me to put a layby for the shoes and then she will contact me if the shoes is ready for pick-up. After 2 days, she contacted me and I went back to their store to pick up the shoes and make the rest of the payment. I am truly impressed with their customer service. Happy customer!
