Aron cancelled our booking by email as we were on the way to the property. Reason was ‘maintenance issues’. No phone call to apologise or offer assistance. We had a wedding to get to and a 2 year old grandchild with us. Never returned our calls. This is the week of Taylor Swift and the Mardi Gras so I’m guessing they enjoyed using our money for a month and then got a better offer. Our money was refunded which is the only good word I can say about this company.

So basically I rented this place and they DIDENT return any of my emails that was a red flag from the start then they called my like 1 hour before I was supposed check in saying my rental flooded then all of the other properties he “owned” were closed. Then we called him and he went A wall so we asked him for a refund been a couple weeks no response. So here we are DONT RENT THEES PROPERTIES UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE SCAMMED

I was SO impressed with our property manager John, after a recent short weekend holiday rental in Palm Beach.
He was extremely accommodating to our needs and was easy going, friendly and nothing was difficult or a challenge to him.
We had a great time and will definately be back to see him in the future when we are looking for a luxury rental in the future.
