I needed to by a special present for a 50th Birthday party for a Male. I always find this very difficult but i had great advice from this bottle shop. They recommended a bottle for Red wine that would be best laid for 8-10 yrs. I wrote this on the birthday card and suggested we have a meal and open the wine together.
