I moved into the neighbourhood last year and have since been at NRMC a few times. The doctors are friendly and you can either make an appointment with your preferred doctor or anyone available. Receptionists always make you feel comfortable and let you know how long you need to wait. Unless you arrive much earlier than your appointment time, you don't normally wait for long. Charges are based on your services, ie. long services charge more fee, which is fair.

I went with my husband for a double appointment. We were told what to expect about billing before we arrived, so no nasty surprises. We were treated like intelligent adults and the doctor we saw also had a good sense of humour. I've often felt anxious with doctors but felt comfortable attending this clinic as a first time patient and will be returning!

this clinic is very friendly and helpful on phone but this clinic unfortunately does not bulk bill.

I have been going here for 9 years now. I have moved from the area but have stayed at RMC....well worth the extra travel. The service is always helpful, pleasant and friendly. Same can said for the Drs.

Been going here for over 25 yrs (since i was a toddler) and never had a bad experience. As i've moved around Melbourne i've tried other places but keep coming back.

i have visited a number of doctors at the clinc and been to the nurse and they are all very compassionate and understanding. They listen and take the time to see you. Excellent doctors surgery.

Of the doctors I have seen they are helpful and understanding. The receptionists and nurses are lovely and very caring and compassionate. They have recently had a massive renovation so they now offers stae of the art facilities

Short waiting times, very keen young doctor asked lots of question to get a good overall background of medical history. Very helpful and willing to provide extra information and make sure you understand.

Have been going here for more than 20 years and still getting friendly and prompt service, from receptionists, nurse and doctors. Allied health services are also available right next door.

After going to many crap doctors who are rude and dismissive I tried a new clinic, North Ringwood Medical Centre. I was very surprised when I saw how friendly the receptionists were and also how knowledgable and friendly the doctors are. What a relief. I have seen a few different doctors there and all have been fantastic and very informing. I feel so taken care of. Great service.
