Absolutely a waste of time visiting this medical center! Always a long wait for your appointment time! The shortest time I've waitied for my appointment was 40 minutes after my actual appointment time. Absolutely ridiculous! They really need to work on their time management! Why should I be paying $70 to wait at least 40 minutes to see a gp that knows nothing for 5 minutes?

My local medical centre, I've been going here for years and have never had a problem. Every time I call for an appointment I get in at the time I want or as close to that time. Staff can come across a bit flustered but that's because they are busy busy, but are always polite and wait times aren't normally longer than 15 mins, which is better than most.

The medical centre was great as they bulk billed to start with but now have changed to charge for consultations which is a shame. Waiting times can be a while at times but I just call before I go to see how they are going.

Everytime i have been to this centre i have had to wait for over an hour- you think that they could have a better appointment system. I had my sutures removed and then a couple of hours later my wound broke apart and they couldnt fit me in for 2 days- it was ridiculous.
