This is the best yum cha place in Canberra, although the standard is pretty low here. The food was plentiful and authentic and they even finished it off with mango pudding! There was also a lot of vegetarian/seafood options for our vego friends.

However, it was quite expensive for yum cha. Admittedly we pigged out, but it came to over $35pp, which would be unheard of in Canberra!

Good Canbera yum cha, but maybe best served for special ocassions/when you're feeling rich.

I love the Yum cha service at Noble Palace. They have so many variety and taste delicious. I really like the prawn dumplings, glutinous rice and spare pork ribs. Service, on the other hand, can be improved. They are busy on most days and it is always quite hard to get the attention of a service staff. The mud crab with XO vermicelli noodles is also a must try. The vermicelli noodles are really delicious and blend well with the crab. The prices at Noble Palace is definitely pricier than other chinese restaurant but their food is delicious.

We booked for a table for eight and unfortunately two members of our party were going to be late. Even when we tried to order for the 6 while we waited for the other two, the waiters pushed and insisted that we move to a table that seated 6. No please or thank yous-thought that part of the service was poor. The food was delicious though, so that did make up for the upset.

Yum cha is a must here. Great variety of dishes that are very authentic.
Good combination of steamed and friend dishes.
great selection of desserts as well.
