Had the most amazing experience for dinner here. Service was excellent, atmosphere is amazing and the food and drinks are at the highest standard. Would recommend to anyone who would like a special night out. The staff go out of their way to make sure you feel VIP while you're here! And who could go past the views from the restaurant

My favourite fine dining restaurant! This is where we go to have the perfect meal. Everything is impeccable, from the greeting when we arrive to the final goodbye! Food melts in your mouth and the view just makes it go down all the smoother! Worth every cent!

Located on the 35th floor of the Collins Place tower, this restaurant has beautiful views over Melbourne (on par only with vue de monde at the rialto)
The atmosphere is perfect, wonderful high ceilings provide a sense of lofty airiness and space, with floor to ceiling windows that let in the natural light for good lighting that isn't harsh.
Service is good and the staff are friendly, thoughtful & accommodating (ie. we had a guest with a few allergies on our table, the staff were happy to ask the chef about the dishes listed & also help arrange something that wasn't officially on the menu).
The food itself, was interesting, creative and beautifully plated. I was impressed by the diversity of ingredients and how well all the elements came together on the plate. Excellent thought and execution by the chef.
For example, dessert was a rich velvety lemon cake with mini lemon meringues strategically placed atop rosettes of lemon curd, garnished with meredith yoghurt sorbet & little cubes of honey jelly ($19)
With consideration to pricing, serving sizes were on the generous side, for a smart restaurant of this calibre.
I would recommend this restaurant for business meetings and special occasion dining.
