Sarah was recommended for my mother. Sarah was great, mum had plateaued in her weight loss. Sarah gave mum a food plan and mum lost weight with still feeling satisfied. Sarah listened to what mum was eating, her likes and dislike etc and aimed the food plan accordingly.
Sarah also ran through the nutritional information and what range to look at, which was very informative. Unfortunately Sarah moved out of the area and we were unable to continue with her. I would recommend new leaf dietetics for anyone who needs some help in their health improvements.
