I engaged Nelson Alexander as my property managers for an investment property I needed tenanted and managed.
Initially I was dealing with another property manager who was very competent and professional. She moved on and I was concerned initially that now I would be dealing with another manager who not only had her properties but additional properties that would be too much for her to handle. Alicia not only became my property manager but made me feel like she was working endlessly to find tenants in at the rent I believed my property was worth. In a time when the property market is actually at an all time low Alicia believed I could still get that amount when I was close to loosing hope that such a big property could actually even be rented at all. I previously dealt with the worst property managers in Victoria and Alicia was extremely dedicated, respectful and devoted in obtaining a great tenant for my property.
Alicia had my total faith when I thought I would have to lower the rent she asked me to give her a week as she truly believed she could do it and SHE DID....!!! Alicia you are a gem..!!!!
