The technician who came to fix our dishwasher was very polite and helpful. After diagnosing the fault he suggested I contact the manufacturer even though the product was out of warranty. This advice has saved me a lot of money and this kind of service is very much appreciated as many companies are only interested in the dollars they can make out of each call out.
Another gentleman kept me informed regularly about the status of my job and when parts would be available. This kind of service is rare these days.

Damian came to repair and fix the dishwasher. He had the most helpful attitude and ensured the dishwasher was working definitely and properly before he left. Also gave me a few tips on how to maintain the dishwasher. Thanks.
