The service here was absolutely horrific! I don't understand how they are always busy, it doesn't make sense to me. While they were doing my nails they were bickering amongst each other in another language which was extremely rude. They were hard to understand.

Absolutely shocking!! My god, what was I thinking walking in there and having my nails done? The staff had no clue!!!! I asked her for a natural look and I have ten square fingers, mind you I said a few times to that staff " please could you make them more round" with no response and caught the staff's friend looking at me while they were chit chatting !!!

Have to have been going here for a few years.never do u make an appointment I always just rock up and they can squeeze me I'm but yesterday I had an appointment and these rude staffs had the nerve to tell me I don't have an appointment that I wouldn't be seen today.
