Thank you to the wonderful staff in the ladies lingerie department. They are very knowledgeable about the available product and what will and won't work. Some of these ladies have been here for many years and just keep on providing great service.

Went in looking for a watch and the girl who served us was amazing. I could not believe the amount of trouble she was willing to go to in order to find us the watch we wanted. Rang other stores, called other staff in, searched the computer. She really didnt want to tell us they didnt have it.
Dont very often get that service any more

Used to be a lovely place to shop, but has changed immensely in the past few years, the store layout is one register for each department (as in shoes has their own register and bags have their own and so on...) Which for a lot of people I'm sure is quite confusing, having been a loyal customer there for the better part of 16 years I was quite insulted when I came in last year (November) to purchase a few things, I'd picked up a pair of stockings and was debating whether or not I really wanted them, so figured I'd keep browsing and go buy some other things on my list, I should point out I made no attempt to put them out of sight and kept them in my hand the entire time, but the security guard made it extremely obvious he was following me, never being more than 10 steps behind and following me to the upper floor and such, it was extremely intimidating at the time, and while there are no signs anywhere (or at least there wasn't then) that you can't take items out of their departments, they obviously frown upon it. I was so disturbed by this that I haven't gone back.

shopping in myers Geelong is an enjoyable experience.
They have a wide variety of stock and in a variety of colours and sizes.

I love shopping at Myer because of the large quantity and variety of products that they stock. Its a good thing that it is so large as it allows more products to be stocked for greater variety, but it is very difficult to find a sales assistance or to get one to help you if you need assistance. I also find that the displays are a bit messy, i guess because it is such a large store and there are so many dispplays

Went into Womens' Fashions and was looking for a top.
Asked staff for assistance in finding something that had been reduced and was referred to some items that I has not seen.
Staff were very helpful and friendly at payment desk.

I hate shopping and the Myer Staff member made my experience a good one.
She was helpful but not pushy and gave me time to select what I thought best .

purchased tv's and other items over long period of time, myer has good quality products ,however finding someone in the store is impossible, generally they all seem to be hiding or attending to much more important people, have spent plenty of time waiting at counters feeling stupid, while sales people walk past and ignore you.

We were very happy with the customer service we received on a very busy day, we were shown all the products we wanted and the price was great due to a sale.

Difficult, one staff member had to go get someone from the relevant department to answer my question and returned to say she was on lunch, so come back in 30 minutes. I went to do some other shopping then was back in about 40 minutes and was told she'd gone home for the day! This is a large store surely someone knows something about a pair of shoes!
