i bought some clothes for my baby daughter. all the items i purchased are of a very good quality and the price was good - they were on sale - 30%. i am very happy with the purchace and definitely will go back there.

a trip around the cosmetis department can lift any girl who is feeling a bit down. the girls are usually very friendly and keen to offer advice on products. try a perfume or two and feel your mood lift.

I find the overall level of service dropping - its getting harder to find a staff member to assist and it is really dissapointing. During sales, the queues are too long and not enough staff members to assist with a simple question let alone, purchase an item.

Having been a loyal shopper of Myer Southland since the old days when Southland was only on one side of the highway, I have slowly watched a deterioration in the quality of service and also the affordability of products. I purchased some gloves earlier this week and spend a good 10 minutes trying to find a service counter with a staff member to purchase my item.

Have been a Myer shopper for decades, but finding the overall level of service dropping - its getting harder to find a staff member on the floor who can help you which is really disapointing. When shopping at sale times, the store does offer some exceptional deals, but stock levels aren't always great - especially in this store. (Came to Myer Southland to buy an advertised massage chair, and on the second day of the sale, and after waiting 15 minutes for assistance/help, was told that they couldn't find any, and suggested I visit the city store. Found it at David Jones, who were happy to match the advertised price!)

Always able to find what I want here, whether for myself or a present. Great range of items in every department, makes it easy to do all your shopping in one store.

Some good sales on at the moment although the quality of stock was quite disappointing. Staff were no where to be seen although they were polite when going to pay. The store seemed quite messy with garments lying on the floor and no staff assisting to clean the mess.

It was a great experience to shop at Myer.I simply loved it everytime I did my shopping there. I would always shop there because I get whatever I want.

Myer Southland isn't my favourite Myer by far. It's much smaller than say Chadstone and doesn't have the range they do. The staff are sparse and seem a little aloof, however when they have the big sales they mean business. Up to 50% of clothes is a huge discount, so I try and hold out until these sales. The change of ownership hasn't changed this store much (yet) the only real difference is the refund policy and no FlyBuys.
