MW homes just finished my new kitchen on time & on budget. It looks fantastic! I had a few ideas and Mark had a few ideas and a lot of experience. His suggestions were totally spot on and made all the difference. He is backed by the most professional, competent and tidy team. They left my home completely cleaned. It took all the stress out of renovating. Oh and did I mention their standard was 10/10 I hv already recommended MW homes and will continue to do so as it is so hard to find good builders.

5 stars are not really enough for MW Homes. Renovations can be stressful, but I have to say, the whole experience was stress free, even during a pandemic! All staff and tradies had incredible attention to detail (more than me, which is saying something), were approachable, tidy, understanding and friendly. Nothing was too much for them. Chris was amazing in ensuring everything ran smoothly, that the work along the way was continually immaculate and on track. Every detail was always run past me so there were never any surprises I knew when and who was on site with ample notice. These guys are certainly a well oiled team. Can't fault them and will happily approach them again for any future projects. They have met my expectations and then some.

Absolutely outstanding is the only way to describe the service, quality outcome and overall experience dealing with Mark and the whole team at MW Homes for our three bathroom renovation. Until now, we have never given a five-star review, but from Mark’s first inspection and quote through to the final result, we were continually impressed by the professionalism, friendliness, approachability and “nothing is too much trouble” attitude the whole team delivered.

We had three bathrooms to do, each with their own unique challenges and issues, and the final result easily surpasses our expectations, which were high to start with. It was a real pleasure to have the team in the house, and we felt Danny and Zoltan (who were on the job most days) became like members of family, dealing with questions from both us and our kids.

We were fully informed about what was happening at every stage. Remarkably, the job was completed exactly on time, even though we made some changes along the way. The carpenters and sub-trades did an outstanding job, including the plumbers, electricians and painters. And even though we got three bathrooms done, the work was staged to perfection with very little disruption to our daily lives, despite all the challenges of COVID and working from home. The rest of the house was also kept spotless for the duration.

We would have absolutely no hesitation recommending Mark, Chris and the team at MW Homes to anyone. We cannot imagine having a better and smoother experience. All of the stress typically associated with renovations just didn’t arise this time around.

Mark and his team completed our kitchen renovation and both Robyn and myself are extremely happy with result,the process took approx 8 weeks which was project managed by Chris who at all times kept us both up to date on staffing,progress of job and handled all issues that arose professionally. All tradesmen from carpenters,plumbers,electricians,painter (Ata) and plasterers were excellent and would utise their services again. We would also like to thank Mark who was our first contact for this kitchen and lastly Alex from Complete Kitchens who designed the end product.

Wow. . . Where do I start. .MWHOMES, Mark, Chris, Glen, Steve, Dave,Atta and the whole team were an absolute pleasure to have in my home. The attention to detail was incredible, coping with delivery issues was handled calmly , job done ahead of schedule .
I always avoided renovations due to the stories of stress etc that we have all heard about. I can honestly say that I would renovate again using MWHOMES in a heart beat. From Victoria in the office, to the recommended suppliers, to each and every tradesman in our home, every interaction was polite, professional, supportive and cheerful. All of that in the middle of a pandemic lickdown tells me that they are happy in their work situation, great team support etc

Total bathroom renovation. The standard of the work completed was excellent. More than that though, was the absolute professionalism of MW Homes. Clear costs established upfront, builders turned up every day on time, and never failed to show. The project was completed quickly, and exactly on time. I honestly could not fault them. They even took care of a few other small tasks while they were on site for the bathroom. I will definitely use them again, and recommend them without reservation. You can trust this company.

MW homes have done a fabulous job with our bathroom. We had the old bathroom floor lowered to bedroom level due to a sunken spa that was removed. Chris and his team did an incredible job matching architraves, door frames and skirting boards to 19 year old existing ones. Any requests we had were never a problem, with all workers being accommodating and respectful of the premises. All the specialists knew their stuff, with great lighting and plumbing placement. From the first day, the team were on site every day. Great management of the project resulted in the job being completed a few days early. A text from Chris the evening before letting us know what was happening the next day was much appreciated.

This was the first renovation I have ever done, and MW Homes made the process one I would contemplate undertaking again - contrary to the expectations generated by many friends based on their renovation experIences.
My job, was very extensive - pulling down walls, putting in beams; relocating and replacing a kitchen and new bathrooms and a laundry; complicated further by my choice of rounded benches and bullnose edges to shelves etc. Unfortunately the cabinet maker let them down badly (and they have since changed cabinet makers!) and they spent a lot of time and energy correcting issues that arose as a result. At every turn, Mark, Chris, Dan and ALL of his crew were happy to do what ever it took to achieve the right outcome. Everyone of the trades that worked on the job, were professional, extremely courteous, respectful, and clean and tidy and good humoured.
Despite the extensive cabinetry delays, true to their word, MW Homes were out on the afternoon of the contracted date, allowing me to unpack and properly settle back into my 'new' home just 10 weeks post start date.
I have already recommended MW Homes to two different friends and a neighbour who enquired about my experience.
Every renovation job will have it's challenges, but the MW Homes made that as painless and positive as possible! Overall, I couldn't have expected a more positive experience.
