Meant to give quote but caught out my poorly slept 79yrs sister at 8am Friday for kitchen sink blockage which took 25 mins but charged $770 + GST ($847) business card+magnet says 20% senior discount but he only gave $50 - when I questioned via phone afterwards and said should be half the cost and would report him, he replied 'See you at the Tribunal'

Reasonable job done installing a 250 ltr hot water service but were twice the price of the competition. Beware!!!!

Paid $450 for Mr Flow to inspect and "attempt" to clear a blocked sewer pipe, was told that they would need to dig at a cost of nearly $4,000.00. Had the blockage cleared by a real Plumber the next day for $300. BEWARE!!!

These guys take advantage of the helpless. They advertise $0 quote and senior discount but charge typically a min of $500 for the simplest job and do not itemise costs. They are totally unethical. STAY CLEAR!

Took an elderly widow for thousands to supposedly "clean a drain", when in fact there was nothing wrong with the drain and there as a leak from a pipe that was overflowing to where the drain was. Avoid at all costs.

A total rip off. You call for a quote they say they can't quote until the come out and see the job. All you have to do is describe what happened then ask for a typical quote, if they repeat don't know until we see it. it means they over charge, call someone else.

Prompt, friendly guy. New his job well and found our problem blockage and fixed it.Great to get Seniors discount too.
