Bought this years ago, and tried to use it, but wasn't able to enter all the details. I'd used Excel before and DOS-based data bases, so not completely computer illiterate. Left it for quite a while, and when I tried to go back to it again, couldn't get access as it had all been changed. Jumped through all the hoops to get reconnected, and still couldn't get it to work, so gave up. No guarantee banks will refund anyway. Not recommended.

What a scam - fine print - there was a recent offer - no money down, trial then buy - I find out that you get charged and get your money back if you don't have errors (No different than the normal offer). Also at $198 it is VERY EXPENSIVE.

Bought the software after seeing TV promo on current affairs show. Entered 3 loans and 1 line of credit, found minor errors and sent off the letters. Money was refunded with compounded interest. Easy to use software. Best investment ever.

bought their software which was supposed to find errors in bank statements and then produces letters to send to your bank asking to be reimbursed for the interest you have been overcharged. software works fine, letters produces looked professional, but the bank (CBA) in this case replied with the comment that the formula this software uses to calculate the overpayments is not the formula the bank uses to calculate interest so no money would be reimbursed. totally led on by the website and by the testimonials on the website - one testimonial was from a supposed CBA customer who states that he was reimbursed thousands of dollars! totall waste of time and money
