I needed to return a lovely large dish rack due to the plastic cutlery
drainer not sitting securely in the dish rack.

Although my concerns were dismissed, I was able to contact the
manufacturer who sent me a replacement very promptly after filling in a
warranty form.

This shop has a good range of kitchenware and homewares. I have purchased simple kitchen items for myself there, as well as gifts and larger items like serving dishes. They also have cards and gift wrap. Not open Sundays, except in December.
