Be very careful with this group. They are typical con-artists - they'll give you a good quote but when they start working, they will find something wrong or some extra work that "needs" to be done. But they have the roof wide-open, so you have no choice but to agree.

WATCH OUT!

1. Frank was very responsive to quote and attend the job (repointing to stop leaks) as an emergency - great job in being responsive and calling back on a Sunday
2. I went ahead with a high quote given the urgency and the Google reviews, I was promised that roof will be maintained and 10 year warranty on 'no more leaks' will be provided. Frank suggested he would personally assure that the quality of work was up-to-the-mark
3. Was promised a 'crew' or 'guys' will attend the job. One person turned up on the day and that too 3 hours late (kept calling Frank, but no response), later I was told that I was fit into a tight schedule and hence I should be ok that it was at-least being done (but that's why I paid top $'s !)
4. After the job was 'done', no quality assurance / check was done by Frank, but money was demanded straightaway. However, a new leak appeared the same day as it rained ... on investigation I was told it was the box gutter which will need replacement which was of-course not part of the original job ... I paid up
5. Requested before and after pictures for my records which were promised upfront, I was promised that they will be shared 'soon' ... none shared so far
6. Got the box gutter replaced a few weeks later, however had a leak in a different area today where re-pointing was done ... called Frank to get someone to check, and I was told that the warranty is void because someone else got on the roof to replace the box gutter ... and I should contact him ... long live the '10 year warranty'

I required to replace a galvanised section of roof and have repairs on my tile roof to re-cap ridges and clean out and repair/replace gulleys as well as to replace flashing in a number of areas. Frank was prompt in checking the job and providing a quote. Work was carried out quickly after some initial delay in starting. The roof plumber did an excellent job and the guys doing the teracotta roof were quick and efficient. When I had any issue with something not been completed to what we had agreed to and even after I paid them, Frank was prompt in his response and work was finalised within a very short period of time. I found him accessible and true to his word.

I'm not one to often post negative reviews, but I would advise against using Morrison and Sons Roof Repair.

We called them about a small leak in our tiled roof. They told us we needed to regrout, spray and seal the whole roof for $9,000.

They started the work two weeks late. We never knew when they were going to show up, we’d just walk outside and sometimes there would be a ladder up to the roof. They didn’t use protective railings, contrary to Worksafe guidelines.

They finished the job and demanded full payment within hours. They hadn’t even taken their rubbish away.

After the first heavy rainfall the roof leaked, worse than before. We awoke at 5am to water pouring out of the ceiling in our bedroom. Our beautiful moulded ceiling was destroyed. The leaks short-circuited our lights and we were without power. We called Morrison Roofing to come and look at the damage. Two guys came and replaced a few tiles. We never saw them again.

I could forgive all this if Morrison and Sons backed their work and honoured their guarantee. However, our roof still leaks, worse than before, and the Morrison and Sons “guarantee” isn’t worth the paper it's written on.

The team at Morrisons were extremely professional, quick with return calls and messages and completed the replacement of 70 tiles after extensive damage in record time.

Morrisons And Sons Roof Repairs recently replaced the roof on our 150 year-old house. We had some trepidation that the new roof might diminish the charm of our home, particularly given that a historic wisteria extended along the roofline of a key wall.

Me and my partner was referred by a family relative which hired Morrison’s when we mentioned about roof issues we where having so I called the office of Morrison’s and spoke to cherise the RECEPTIONIST which said frank will return my call he is onsite. frank called within a hour and made a booking for the following day to review the roof and to identify where the leaks was coming from so frank turned up done his stuff and found a number of issues which was broken roof tiles missing mortar and rusted metal trays on roof which was all photographed. Frank sent through a quote within 3 hours of inspection and we engaged him to carry out the job. It has now been 2 weeks since job was complete in which we had several showers and no water has leaked into roof which deserved 5 stars. His crew members Andrew and jeramie are very polite and hardworking and cleaned up after themselves everyday which in fact all work was fully completed within 72 hours of commence. This company has a lot of talent and are a bunch of down to earth tradies who deliver nothing but the best to there customers at a sensible cost so once again thanks guys and i wish you all the best in the future and I will share your name around

Love it. In 2018 my roof was leaking. When there was thunder storm, I could not sleep very well worrying about further damage it would get. The reason I could not get it fix immediately was because I could not find a trusted roofer. After several visits for quotations from multiple roofers, I was about to given up. Then I happened to drove past this business on Milton parade I decided to give them a call. Frank came to have a look at my roof and gave me a fair quote. What impress me most is after he replaced the tile on my roof, no leak at all. Now when there is heavy rain or thunder storm is not my worry any more. :)

In 2019, my roof is due for Ridge Cap Pointing, so I did not hesitate to contact Morrison’s Roofing to have it done. I believe you pay for what you get. They completed the job beautifully. My roof is like brand new. I am so happy with this business and its customer service. Australia has a lot of sole traders whose service levels vary, knowing a good and honest trader is very important. Therefore, I feel like I owe Morrison’s Roofing a Review. So this is why I take the time to go back to Google and give them a Review of my good experience. This is also a chance to let others know that there is still good trader around.
