I started going to this medical centre over 35 years ago when a young Dr Peter Heysen started it up. (The site used to be a service station) For ir's time it was a state of the art medical centre & you always got friendly & attentive service & got to see your elected doctor.
Dr Peter Heysen sold to the current owners some years ago when he retired. It has become the MOST unpleasant place i have come accross to the point I am changing. Dr Khan is rude, arrogant, & has the bedside manner of a pig !!
DON"T GO THERE !!

I went to see [removed name ] for my baby's immunization. I was on time. He saw us waiting and went out...15min later came back with chocolate bar and coffee.. His colleague went in his office right after and another 15min... finally it was our turn, he just said right, you are here for immunization, here's the paper. Your baby might have a bad reaction from 4shots. Bye.
No check up at all........
My daughter has a little condition and I wanted to tell but he cut the conversation
and said ah! don't worry. Now go.

Awful unpleasant unprofessional not reliable doctor I ever came across with

Not the best place to go in my opinion. Every now and then I can't get in with my regular doctor and go here out of desperation. I am always sorry and at times have even found I have had to see my regular doctor a few days later. Wait is appalling with or without an appointment.

I have been going here for 2 years and recently changed as i was getting no were i was getting sicker and sicker and not getting any further. They have hiked there prices up to $67 a visit, the reception staff often look miserable and unhappy. Even with an appointment you can be sat waiting for up to an hour. I once even went in to see a doctor who in the consultation thought it was appropriate to reply to a message on msn messenger!! Awful place seriously awful!!

I have been going there for 6 years and seeing Dr Chin and more recently Dr Vince. Excellent doctors if you can get in to see them. Centre is open conveniently later and on weekends. Also in same building as chemist, gym, physio and pathology services which is convenient.

A hearty thankyou to the staff at this medical centre, I went there after upending boiling water on my mid-drift and I was taken straight into see a doctor, thankful that one was available. I would possibly be still sitting and waiting at the local hospital. Well done to all of the helpful staff

Center Opens from 8am in the morning and through out the day has a number of fully qualified doctors ranging with many qualifications available for consultation, Chemist is also situated next to surgery for medication access convenience
