Had an appointment with a doctor today and he was very unprofessional, laughing with the receptionist over the phone in front of me about a patient before me not realizing she is my friend.
I went here for my back but he wanted to know about my vaccination status.
I felt very uncomfortable and will not being coming back.

Yes there is a long wait most times but that's because Dr Mina takes time to listen. Been going to him for years. Great Doctor who we trust and consider our friend. Good friendly service. Staff always helpful. He's well worth the wait. If you don't have time to wait go somewhere else.

Shocking medical centre, avoid! Just because they are bulk billing dont go. no service and i felt like my appointment was a wham bam slam heres a script and go.

I have been attending this practice for over 10 years and seeing Dr Nemetallah for 5 years. Dr Nemetallah is a caring and thorough physician. He does run late due to seeing patients requiring more urgent attention but the practice does encourage patients to ring before scheduled appointments to confirm appointment time.

I switched to Morningside Family Medical Centre in past year for bulk billing and have visited several times. I received friendly, helpful and efficient attention each time, promptly and no waiting. I recommend this practice.

I found, after trying several different doctors in this centre, that, in general, you go there for VERY basic stuff ONLY.

The doctors do not listen, shove you through like cattle, and hand over prescriptions when asked without even checking why you need them.

Always packed, as they bulk bill.

i was going to this medical Centre for about 5 years as they are one of the few that still all Bulk Bill bar 1 doctor. I used to go to this Doctor as he was the best and took great care in all his Patient's though the problem was he was always running about 1-2 hours behind which was a long wait. All the other Doctor's Bulk Bill therefore waiting room was always full and overbooked leaving people also waiting for ages. I ended up going elsewhere as i found that most of these Doctor's had little compassion to your problems' and just shoving a script in your hand. Years ago would have recommended but unfortunalty not anymore. Plenty of other Doctor's around that you don't have to sit for hours to be seen

Good little medical centre, very clean, never many patients in waiting room as they don't over book and they always request you call ahead to make sure they are running on time so you don't have to sit around waiting. If you want bulk billing make appointments in advance as they are usually booked out and you end up having to book in with the Dr you have to pay for unfortunately. Doctors seem really good whether bulk billing or not.

I have used this medical practice numerous times and although it is great they bulk bill for a majority of the time I rarely can ever get an appointment on the day I need it. Most times I ring up wanting an appointment for that day (as is the case when you are sick and can't wait to see a doctor) they advise me the only appointments free are with a charging doctor. I once was told I would have to wait 4 days if I wanted to get a bulk billing appointment.

I just needed an after hours doctor when i moved to qld so i just found the closest one to me to get a script done. I went there it was only meant to be a one off visit but the dr i saw was very thorough so this medical centre is now the one i go to. Staff are great on reception and i am always able to get an appointment.
