Great place to meet friends for a casual meal. It's a loud place though and not very private dining. Service is always good though.

The restaurant is loud, as in the acoustics of the place, which can make it hard to have conversations. Food and service is average.

Moods is a great place for a casual meal, with inexpensive offerings and a wide ranged menu.
The staff are friendly and the ambience is bright.
Only issue would be the potential weight gain from eating their amazing-looking cakes.

Approximate cost: $15

I've never been overly impressed with the service it is always on the slow side so we don't tend to eat here any more as by the time the food has arrived i'm normally over it. It does get quite loud so not the best for a romantic dinner. The food however is lovely. We stop in on hot days instead now to get a ice cream they have the best range it's hard to decide.

On a Saturday night at 6:30 my partner and i went out for tea. The service was excellent, old fashioned service and it was great to see that all the staff ie waiters and waitresses, seemed to want to be there! Great food, nice ambience. Lamb shanks to die for! Oh and don't forget the chocolate pud.

Approximate cost: $25.00

It's always pretty busy and it would be worth booking if you go on a Sat or Fri. While at times it can be too loud it has a fairly good vibe. The staff here take a really long time to serve you, both when you arrive and once they have seated you. But there is a great selection of cakes, cocktails and ice cream and they are usually open until about 11.

My wife and I stop past for brunch or a quiet morning coffee nearly every weekend, it used to be a well kept secret but seems to be getting quite busy now, no matter what time you go. They have a really big range on their menus so no problems finding something for everyone. We like it best in summer to sit outside and enjoy a cooked breakfast with our coffee, very relaxing. The food is reasonably priced but service can be a bit slow sometimes.

Been here many times and always good. The breakfast is great, yummy pancakes with lots of topping choices. Really enjoyed mid-week lunch and appreciated that they happily made space for prams.
