We like taking the kids to this play centre as it is a quieter one. It is never ridiculously busy so a good one to visit on the weekends without being overwhelmed by the amount of children. The cafe is good, coffee is nice and the prices and standard. We have been to a few parties there and they are quite good, i do think the staff could interact more with the children in the party but i dont think is a standard of play centre parties.

I take my children to this play house all the time. Food is good, average cafe style food and coffee most of the time. Love paying less on weekdays. Great place to take the kids for a playdate and have a chat with friends or just go there and let the kids go and catch up on reading. Cannot comment on party service though as I have not used it.

I have had a couple of experiences with this business and left feeling disappointed on at least 2 occassions. The first was my daughters birthday party. They got the food and drinks wrong, offered ice blocks to compensate and then never gave them to the kids. Party was rushed to fit in the next one - overall experience was very disappointing and I would not bother again.
The second time was when I met with a friend on a weekend. Their sign said that they were open until 5pm. We entered around 3pm paying full price. A little before 4 we were told they were closing - no offer to refund part of the entry price and no explanation as to why they were closing early, so it cost me nearly $30 for my two children to play for an hour!

I attended a birthday party here and found it to be a clean, safe environment for the kids without losing sight of them like you do in the larger play centres. The party hosts provided supervising parents with platters of fruit and sandwiches from the cafe which were delicious. Great coffee too. I look forward to returning to try out the roller skating rink on the other side of the room.

We had my daughter birthday party here, it's so easy and the kids had a blast. All the staff were helpful they made the day fun and easy for all. Affordable prices and you only pay for the children who attend so no big cost if someone is sick. We will have a party here again!!

First impression was good, not a lot of staff around but a very clean environment! I liked this center because I can see my child just about anywhere! Very well lit playground! No dark hiding spots! Only problem is that the toddlers area isn't gated and there isn't much to do in the baby section! Food is good and coffee is great! Slides dont have age restrictions and there is an adjoining skate rink so the whole family can go out!
