This Japanese and catering business located near the Woolworths, downstairs of the Pittsway Srcade foodcourt houses (which means Maple leaf in Japanese an extensive range of Japanese dishes like sushi, udon noodles, ramen, prepared hot food dishes you can have straight away and menu items which you select and they cook to order.

Whilst we were here, we looked around the food court undecided on what to have for lunch and noticed a queue forming here, so this place it was! The lady at the counter was nice and we ordered quickly. Food came out of the kitchen not too long after ordering and that was a great sign of things to come! I opted for the small serving of ramen for $9 which came with roast pork , thick noodles ( your choice of noodles), asian greens, bean sprouts and half a boiled egg ( yolk still soft). I love my eggs like this! The broth was sweet and aromatic, quite a few spices and an almost nutty flavour. There are chilli sauce and other condiments on the side , if you wish to spice up your meal further!

Great for a cheap and cheerful lunch! Will try the sushi bento box next time I'm here, they seem to fly out the door!
