Highly recommended. After much research we found that they were best both from an economic and environmental perspective. Cheap and better for the environment. Also every dealing with them has been friendly and easy.

We switched to Momentum 2 yrs ago and, whilst they are not the cheapest, nor the most expensive, I believe we are getting reasonable rates with no increases & carbon tax charges, along with friendly service (local), benefiting from Tasmanian hydro power whilst supporting an Aussie company. The only thing I would criticise is their lack of interest in customers once you've been signed up, you never hear from them except when you get your monthly bill. It would be nice to receive newsletters with news and tips for lowering bills, it would be nice if someone rang occasionally to check that we are happy with the product & service, and if there is any new offers that we could benefit from.

I switched to momentum after being with AGL for around 5 years, my bills reduced significantly, especially with their solar rates. during peak times our bills are roughly 70% of what they were with AGL, couldn't be happier with the service

My electricity bill is always alot less than expected I find them very cheap and had never had a problem. I have reccomended this company to a few of my friends who are going to get their first house.

Requested a quote for supply of electricity which I had to wait almost 2 weeks to receive.
On reading the contract I realised that there was a preferred requirement for monthly billing which required an estimate of electricity usage 2 months in every 3. This was not revealed in the sales phone call nor the Explicit Informed Consent recording.
