Broke the camera glass on my phone and took it for repair. They asked if the camera was working so i took a photo to check. Camera was fine. However when I got phone back after waiting over 30 mins the camera was blurry. Technician said had nothing to do with him and, after consulting his mgr by phone, wouldn't refund my money. Took phone to another repairer who found a smudge on the camera lens and broken glass shards under the new glass. Also said the glass should've been fitted with a sticky film underneath to prevent the glass flying off if phone was dropped and casing flew off. This had not been fitted by Mobile Experts. The second repairer blew out the glass shards, cleaned the lens and fitted a new glass for half the price and in under 10 mins. He was astounded I'd paid $60 to Mobile Experts. After paying a second time for the same repair went back again to mobile experts to ask again for refund and was told warranty was void because I'd gone to someone else! ! After a long argument, eventually got my money back. Moral of this story : stay away from Mobile Experts!

This place is so slow to serve you. The young lady has attitude that should be left at home. They have a sign that states all phones are repaired. Showed her my Google Nexus 5 screen.. and the reply I got back was "Nah we dont do them" and turned around and walked away. If I owned this business I would be very concerned by the people that work for you.
