The cafe was conveniently located, the atmosphere being inviting and with interesting food variety available. However the customer service was terrible. I noted 2 staff in the kitchen, one staff literally ignoring customers and one staff member on the phone for a prolonged amount of time. With a line of over 5 clients accumulating and no staff serving, we eventually chose to leave after several minutes of unnecessary wait. I sought to approach the staff member talking on the phone as my young daughter needed to use the bathroom as well however with the staff just asking to wait. I left the store then walked past after a few more minutes and being shocked to see that the situation was still the same. Customer service was therefore horrible although the store had lots to offer in terms of food.
