Totally bill shocked.
I was in for a simple check of lice.
Kids made the appointment, Initial consultation charge of 40 is very good.
But without any mention, extra charges been added for simple things like examining the fur
The bill lady have this "You must pay thought the roof to get my service altitude" when I ask about the bills.

We have been taking my furry friend here for years. We have also tried other vets nearby but they seemed to be more commercial and less caring as this one. More importantly, my furry friend didn't seem to like the other vets as much. I most appreciate that the vets here seem to remember my furry friend's medical condition and can easily recall his name. I would recommend this vet clinic to people I know.

I have had 2 dogs and have taken both here. I love this clinic and majority of the people there. The only problem I have with this clinic is Dr Baker. I do not appreciate being told to kick or hit my dog in any way nor do I appreciate anyone doing that to my dog. Not happy with Dr Baker's services at all.

Wonderful vet clinic. I'm very particular about the care my pets receive. I've tried several vets in the Sydney area and these wonderful people win hands down for best service with a kind touch and knowledgeable staff. Be kind to you animal friend and take your pets here.

I have taken my dog to this vet surgery for about 4 -5 years now. He has had a tooth taken out, to his paw operated on. They are very caring here, and know that they are dealing with a member of your family, so they go the extra mile to make sure everyone is at ease. Except my dog, he still shakes when he has a trip to the vet :o)
