Absolute Farce of the word 'Service'

You have to prepay $141 for the tech to come out and diagnose, but all that is is for a tech to come out, take some photos and quote you for a 'service' and diagnosis, which in our case was $2800. The A\C didn't even work, so pointless servicing it.
I don't mind paying for someone to come and diagnose and then quote for the repair, that's what they said they were going to do. This is just a ripoff.
