I got Chris out today for the first time to fix a blocked drain. He rings you straight back, he shows up when he says he will. He's super friendly and explained everything as he was doing it. Best of all, he loves his job and is passionate about what he does. Therefore he has pride in his work. I am very grateful to have found him - he's a true gem!

I just want to tell as many people as possible that I have finally found a tradie who turns up on time and one who doesn't exceed the quote he has given you. Thank you Chris from Metro West Plumbing! As a single mum, I had no idea how to do the simple things around the house as my ex looked after all of it - enter Chris when a washer went on a tap. He explained everything to me, told me what needed to be done, did it efficiently and effectively and offered to look at the other taps to make sure everything was fine. What an absolute treasure! Very Happy with the service! Chris from Metro West Plumbing was recommended from a friend of mine, So I called with a Blocked Sewer Drain and even though Chris was very busy on the day he promised to fit me in and he did not let me down. He had the drains clean and flowing again and also showed me with his pipe camera that my drains were actually broken from huge tree roots. He has now been back and fixed the pipes for good, no more smelly back ups. A Very good tradesman.

I was very impressed with the high quality of service and workmanship of Chris from Metro Plumbing when I had to replace my hot water service urgently yesterday. My unit is on the top floor of a large apartment block so it meant extra carrying and moving up and down four flights. In addition, the HWS was in a cupboard so it was a difficult job. This was all done in a friendly "can do" manner by Chris. He even finished the job by taking all the junk away.

Finally an experienced plumber that knows what he is doing. He turned up exactly the time he said he would, and got straight to work. He explained what the problem was and how he was going to fix it. I have now been using Chris for about 2 years and very happy with his service. I would definately recomend him to others who want a good plumber.

Excellent service in my experience! They turned up exactly when they said they would (no sitting around for half a day waiting!!)They gave accurate quotes to me, and when it was going to cost more than expected they fully explained why and what my options were to fix the problem from cheapest to most expensive - and gave me the pros and cons of each option and their recommendation.
