As a pain patient, you are treated with respect and your pain is believed and you are not treated like it is all in your head!! Every avenue is looked at. It starts at the bottom and if that doesn't work, they move onto next level. Where I am now. It is a multidisciplinary approach but if you feel something isn't working, as you, know your body better than anyone, they trust your decision. I wish I had gone a long time ago. Listen to your gut. High levels of pain are not normal.

Life changing, supportive and caring. Highly recommend anyone with chronic pain to MPG. They have a number of specialist who can all consult with each other to get the best outcome. Have the theater up stairs for easy access for medical procedures and hospital for admission. All fluid and working well together. Dct Vishard Bhasin is worth every cent to see. Very honest and truly caring. Dct Paul Verilles is a true top notch gentleman and highly recommend for intervention.

My experience with the Metro Pain Group has been extremely positive. Dr DuToit was excellent, both during the initial consultation, follow up consultation and subsequent procedures. He listens and thoroughly examines before jumping to a diagnosis. For my situation, he provided ample information and advice, clearly articulating likely benefits and possible disadvantages. The ability to have procedures done in the hospital space adjoining the practice was was an added bonus and most convenient.

Overall very happy with the Service and professional standards. Additional Covid procedures were also well managed
It is still too early to judge the overall effectiveness of the procedure. But, as this was the second time for the same procedure - I can say the first time worked very well
Only criticism was that I'm not sure that I was aware that the initial tele consultation was not rebatable ?

Got tests I needed happening extremely quickly, did not waste time. Actually listens to their patient which, is often hard to find. Dr really knows his stuff and I felt safe with him during an uncertain time for me.
