Do yourself a favour and DONT build with Metricon go to another builder. We moved in and down pipes were not on our house or air con was not connected. We had a bow truss they have tried to fix it twice and now they have wiped their hands of it. The representative for Metricon came to our house about this problem but had no idea on what had happened with out bow truss. Had not even read a report on the matter. Get an independent person to inspect your house....our biggest regret apart from building with them.
