Older doctors appear supercilious, uncaring and lack empathy. Seem to be more concerned about throughput.
Attending different clinic now and am happy with the level of
care.

I go here the wait isn't too long the doctors are nice some times hard to understand as English is there second laugege, the waiting area is clean the seats are comfy and the art on the walls is different but eye catching its very homey

I take my little one there and she feels comfortable. The staff are very friendly. Under 16s are are bulked billed but over you have to pay the difference, but well worth it as the doctors are great and you don't have to wait for hours.

Mostly happy with this practice, although over the years the reception staff have been a little rude and abrasive- they do not take messages for Dr's ask you to make an appointment for script repeats- very frustrating when you have to pay $60 to ask the dr to write a script. :( - The Dr's are great there though!

All the doctors at this clinic are excellent. You have to pay a gap fee (around $25.00) but children under 16 are bulk billed so no payment is required. The fee is worth it as you do not have a lengthy wait time like other clinics where you can wait hours, even with an appointment. My family has seen all of the doctors at some point and we can attest to the wonderful, thorough care from all the doctors. The receptionists are all lovely and helpful as well.
