Great only if you want to pay about double the price of other podiatrists for a standard consultation

HORRIBLE.. absolutely horrible.... i was in deep pain after long walks i did back in december (due to inappropriate shoes) and injured my feet... i got tibialis posterior dysfunction and have troubles standing up...went to see a podiatrist here at melbourne foot clinic cried for help but turned out the service was very poor as they dont aim to get you back as soon as possible to your desired sports... i went here and this clinic seems to be money minded.. i told the podiatrist about my injury and before they even checked my feet and shoes, they started to persuade you to buy orthotics.. he said i can use it for 5 years blablabla and all those bullshits claim... 3 weeks later, they had finished creating orthotics and i need to get it from the clinic and i remembered i waited at the clinic for long time and i asked the reception about it and the reception was VERY RUDE and said "oh its only 10 minutes behind schedule" .. then i started to wear the orthotics inside my sneakers.. when i saw the orthotics it looked very weird.. it doesnt looked like orthotics for flat feet at alll.. the orthotic was higher at the front than at the back .. and then bended outwards.. it looked ugly ... when i walked on it , it felt weird.... but the most horrible thing about it is that it didnt helped at all to reduce the inflammation or helped me to stand longer period.. orthotics failed.. after 2 months, i came back to see rohann and he said that he misdiagnosed me and turns out my feet is flatter than he thinks and told me to minimize walking and distance... he reviewed orthotics and make the front part higher than back (which didnt make any much changes to results), he knew the orthotics failed but he didnt want to refund the money OR EVEN TELL ME OTHER ALTERNATIVE TREATMENT TO CURE MY INJURY like for example doing shockwave therapy or simply just wear wedge sandal to offload the tibialis posterior... and the podiatrist even didnt make any effort to discuss about my problem with other podiatrists in the clinic to help me get return to sport as soon as possible.... and also after 3 months wearing orthotics i found out orthotics started to wear out and broken little bits... all his claims telling it can be worn for 5 years IS A BIG FAT LIE!!!! and then i asked the podiatrist how long do u think i can get healed? and he said.. 6 months and lets see for 3 months the revision ive made to your orthotics....
I JUST WANTED TO SAY IVE WASTED MY TIME AND MONEY FOR THIS CLINIC AND LOST MY TRUST TO THIS CLINIC and this clinic had made me be in such misery with all those delays and not aiming to get me to normal life as soon as possible... STAY AWAY from this clinic if you are looking for results oriented clinic that want to get you back to your normal routine as soon as possible... or looking for podiatrist who is responsible for your care and needs....

Rohan is a lively fellow and overly enthusiastic about how bad a rotation I have (apparently I missed my calling as a ballet dancer!). But, he is easy to talk to and remembers who you are each annual visit.
