As the only option in Roma Street Parklands, this place relies more on its location than anything else to drum up customers.

On the inside the venue looks like a tin shed with crystal chandeliers hung up on the inside.

The service one old guy doddering around the place. When he came to take our order, he didn't even offer us menus.

Ultimately it is worth the wait for the food and drinks, but they could do a lot better and the Roma Street Parklands could do with some competition.

This is a really lovely place to have lunch if you are visiting the parklands. It is such a peaceful and beautiful setting, and the food is just awesome. I recently had the best BLT I have ever had here. Its a little bit pricy for a lunch menu and the meals arent huge but its such a nice atmosphere you dont mind paying a little bit more.

My husband and I chose to have our wedding reception here as the location and building were so beautiful. We looked at the menu and this also seemed like it was what we wanted. However on the day of the wedding everything was so disappointing. The reception and ceremony set up was not quite ready for our guests. We paid for a certain standard of drinks and some of our guests were palmed off with cheaper wines and champagnes, the service was terrible, definately under staffed. The food was not of the quality that the price suggested it could be. this place has the potential to be great and i've been when there running day to day without any complaints. I think that they need a little more organisation and attention to detail regarding wedding functions
