I would not recommend this business. Flowers that turned up we’re not what was ordered. Was offered a $30 rebate off next order - as if we would use them again! You don’t get a second chance to send flowers for a bereavement. Don’t risk it on Meg’s flowers. After multiple phone calls they said that we would be refunded, but it’s not about the money.

I truly wish I had read the reviews before I rushed into using Meg's Flowers. I had a friend who had just received distressing news. I was on the Road for work & couldn't get to her, so I googled up what I thought was a local florist in the area for my friend. Didn't know it was just a call centre. Specifically asked if they could deliver asap. Assured of a max 2 hour turn around I placed my order & paid a huge courier fee to get it there. After 2 hours, no flowers. I called, after being on hold for 5 mins was told they'd get straight back to me. Then got a text to say it was still another 30-40 mins away. They did say they are going to refund my extra courier charges. Let's hope they honour that! And as for the flowers, chocolates (a measly 2 it turns out) & card, compared to the internet photo - ah no, not quite! A small box instead of the large posie you advertise in the photo. And then I see you charged me for a premium card when I already bought a card within the package & upgraded me without telling me of the extra charges. That's a wrought. To top it off, now I am having to waste my time to write this disappointing review to try & warn others to SHOP ELSEWHERE!
