customer service is always great, the service is always quick and the food is always as expected

Well what can i say? You really can't beat a macca's burger. This McDonald's is one of the best around, when it comes to service and the quality of the burgers, definitely not just throwing the patty on the bun.

The girl serving was the rudest girl I have come across. Considering also this Macca's is close to the Southport hospital that they would be friendly. Wrong, I actually complained to her manager who kind of just looked at me and probably didn't do anything. Also when you dine in the smell from the service station the restaurant is in is horrible. Wouldn't recommend unless you were driving through and have patience with super rude staff.

Just like any other Maccas store for quality and service time. I do find the staff to be quite unmotivated compared to my local Maccas, however being a 24/7 store certainly gives an advantage against others. Its location is good, clean toilets, attached to a service station. Playground is small but good for entertaining kids.

Just like any other McDonald's or any fast food places for that matter you cannot expect a very good quality. However they are one of the only few 24/7 fast food places in Gold Coast
