I recently made a large order for 13 children at lunchtime and the girl taking my order was able to keep up with my order, which is not always the case at maccas. The food was practically ready by the time I finished the order. Talk about efficiency!

It is convenient as they are open 24 hours now, they have eat in take away and drive through however the staff can be rude and need to Learn better customer service and it's often disappointing when they get your meal incorrect and this happens alot overall the food is good as a quick fix I wouldn't really say its a great dinner

If I use the drive through I have to check that I got what I ordered as they are constantly wrong. I will not go and eat in at all as every time I have been the whole restaurant has been a disgrace with food and rubbish all over the tables and floors and bins that are so full that the rubbish is falling out. My husband and I called in for a coffee on a Sat night recently and there was not 1 clean table, all had food and rubbish on them and the floor wasnt much better. When we were ordering our coffee we could see the kitchen area and that too looked a disgrace with food and rubbish on the floor. Not one staff member including the managers did anything about it for over an hour and only then because i think it was change of shift. I would rather make the drive and go to Berwick McDonalds.

Had a pretty long wait in line however was happy that you can order even if you are at the end of the line sometimes because they have portable registers that they use sometimes. still have to wait in line to pay and then you can be pushed aside to wait for them to make it and they can make mistakes this way but normally they are pretty good.

I drive 20 minutes from my house and could go to 3 that are closer but I drive the extra distance as I rarely have problems with service including wrong orders at Fountain Gate McDonald's

my daytime experience was great however when I went late evening there were alot of 14-18 yr olds there the restaurant was dirty(floors full of rubbish) and there was actually a fight just outside the door

Was not impressed with this outlet, the service was slow, waited 10 minutes to get serviced and a further 10 minutes to get our meals. They then got half our order wrong and forgot to give us our free glasses.

The Wrap was the worst of the meals, the wrap itself was hard around the edges, not nice to eat at all.

Every time I have gone to this McDonald's, the service has been quick and friendly. The food is always hot and cooked good, never dry or over cooked. I love the split drive threw with two lanes.

My partner and I are sick of ordering McDonald's and are not willing to waste anymore money on this take away. Every time we have it from this restaurant, the chips are never full or fresh. The staff and very unhelpful and always make a fuss when we ask for fresh food or better quality. It is a shame because we do usually enjoy the wide selection of food. Hopefully they can get their act together.

Don't bother, every time I have ordered here, I've had to either return to the store to collect a forgotten item or had to re order food because of the quality. The service is terrible and the staff are very rude. For a chain that has standard items on the menu 24/7, it is disgraceful. This is the only McDonalds restaurant I have ever suffered food poisoning from after eating their "food" There is a store inside the food court of Fountain Gate Shopping Centre. Go there instead.
