average service food was good but service is supposed to be fast food not slow

I have been there last week with my friends. I really liked their services and the food. Fries were good and burger as usually yummy.

We stopped here today and the difference between this store and my usual ones nearer home was quite marked.

The ice cream machine was not working - so no shakes, sundaes etc, yet this was one of the reasons - their "new Pavlova dessert", that we had come here.

The wait seemed over long for a small, 3 person order. The food, when it came was barely luke-warm.

On ordering coffee from the McCafe, we were told to get in the line for the other food service, but then the person who served us, did not know the names or prices of the items from Mc Cafe.

The prices for the desserts were very high - over $4.00 for one piece of chocolate cake. The worst feature by far was the coffee. I ordered a small cappuccino. First I was asked again what size and told I could not have a cup, but must have a mug. We waited for these two coffees for quite a while. My friend drank half of his but couldn't finish it. Mine was, without doubt, one of the worst cups of coffee I have had at any place, anywhere. A pale manilla colour, it seemed to contain no coffee at all. Once the froth was taken off the top, and I took a sip, I found it undrinkable.

The person who made our coffee was not seen again. I put the nearly full cup back on the counter, but was not asked by any other staff member if they could help me.

Finally, the toilets were a mess - paper all over the floor and half of the flush system did not work. There was no bin.

Needless to say, I never intend giving any business to this outlet again.

Approximate cost: $Over $20 for meals, over $15 for two coffees and two desserts.

Just off plenty road, great to pop into on the way home from northland but pain to get back on plenty road. Eating in? Best not to. It's never extremely busy but the waits always long and tables are always filthy

Mc Donals has the best value deal available also the burger is awsome.. Anytime i want to eat burger i go for macdonals

Good service with friendly staff. Tables are always a bit dirty and toilets are messy. There is always a car spot however exiting is hard as you turn onto a main rd right outside the uni. Food is always fresh and hot.

i love eating there with my family i love the staff and service ,always find parking, food is fresh
but they need to send out special fliers like kfc or hungry jack to encourage more families to come to that store

Who can't resist Maccas ?! Legendary fast food place. And Kingsbury Mcdonalds has pretty good service. They should make sure all the tables & chairs are clean though, for when other people come along!

Really nice I can just walk in order and there fast and effective probably one of the best in the area. Its also got a nice garden around the building

l don't know what it is but the last 4 out of 6 times l have gone through the drive thru l have got home and the order is wrong if l have someone with me l will get them to check the order before l drive off it is so annoying to get home and burgers are missing so l try to ring the store and they only answer the phone when they can be bothered so then l have to make the trip back down there and all you get is have a good night YEAH RIGHT... if it were up to me and l had no kids l probably would give them a miss altogether and go to the hungry jacks down the road instead
