I enjoy their chocolate drinks and treats the most, though i find the prices to be a little bit steep. Service is quick and friendly, but sometimes the place is so busy, waiting times are long.

I love their chocolate drinks but I think their price is a bit above average. Service isn't good considering it takes forever for the drinks/ food to come out. Plus it's very crowded most of time and so hard to get a seat.

Woah, Woah, Woah, Woah Woah! That was the tastiest chocholate I've ever had! They make their own chocolate with machines next to the counter. However, It is a dollar or two overpriced, but I'd do anything for a waffle and some hot chocolate. Also, it does take a bit long for orders, but so what? I'd go there everyday if I could.

Great variety of desserts on the menu. The hold chocolate is delicious and think and creamy. Good atmosphere, very popular so seating can be hard to find during peak house.

Perfect beld of choclate snacks and drinks. you can seat down and relax with a few friends. Buy online for your own home used or buy in store. You can even buy great gift packs perfect for christmas.

Food is ok, service is below par and they charge a mint. I had the fondue and the hot chocolate with waffle balls. The hot chocolate was fine but the fondue gets very sweet as you keep eating it so my friend and I felt a little ill after. We took ages to get served. After 20 minutes I went to the counter and asked how much longer it was going to be. All this and they have the audacity to add a surcharge for weekends and public holidays. Lindt Chocolate Cafe is much better for a chocolate indulgence, with comparable prices and better service, even when busy. Try their Chocolate milkshake.

Service is okay however staff tend to try rush me to make an order, and the time it takes them to make the drinks/deserts isn't efficient at all. The food & drink however is top quality, but the service & pricey items brings me overall rating down.

Service is good, meal and presentation is awesome. setting is good and also the location is good as its close to the station. the hot drinks are yum. the peanut drink is also a good one as a iced drink.

Chocolate heaven!!! It's such a lovely place to go and catch up with (girl) friends. That place doesn't disappoint except on weekend nights. Way too many people going there to get there chocolate fix and not enough seats to cater for them.
