'they were very professional and honest. our problem was quite a simple one so they told us what we could do (a case of pouring hot water in the toilet cistern to help dislodge a blocked sanitiser) and did not charge us. they off course left their details so we can contact them if the problem was not resolved as per above. but true to their word as soon as we followed their advice, the toilet was up and running again. we really appreciated their honesty, they could have charged us for coming out but they didn't.'
